Home Alone

Well, my tenant/roommate moved out after living with me for 2 1/2 years and I finally feel like I'm all grown up living in my own home. Kinda strange since I've owned my house for almost 4 yrs now! I'm looking forward to redecorating and would like to convert the spare room into a tv/guest room...and my living room into a lounge area. First off, I need to figure out how to sand the hardwood floors in the spare room (hopefully Rob will come to my rescue!). I'll be moving my futon into the spare room and so I'll be shopping for new furniture in the lounge area - a sectional would be nice! Jake is also happy that we finally have the house to ourselves...!
